For our September group, we will be joined by Anna, who is a nurse prescriber and has carried out menopause training over the last few years, we will be gathering as many together to catch up and check in, aswell as listening to Annas knowledge and experience.

These monthly groups have been really beneficial for everyone attending and are open to everyone regardless of age or gender... hence the name change from menopause to wellbeing... for everyone
