These monthly groups are a safe space for individuals to come along, sit with a cuppa and listen to the knowledge of professionals from skincare to GPs specialising in menopause, we want to share what is available in wellbeing and self care, so that you can give your mind and body the help and love you need to be the best version of yourself ♡
