The Space Hire Request Form

The cost to hire the space is £30 per hour, £15 per hour when booking the space and buying food for 25 or more.

An additional charge of £15 per half hour, if your party celebrations start or go over the agreed time paid.

Food cost - Afternoon tea £15 per head, including 1 drink per person. - Forge food or buffet without drinks (availability and price to be confirmed).

Availability - The Space is available to hire 7 days a week between 10am and 3.30pm, please complete the form and we will be back in touch to confirm.

There are a couple of house rules: - You can decorate the space, all we ask is that the decorating doesn’t damage the building or it’s features and that glitter and small confetti (including in balloons) is not to be used. - be kind enough to leave our space as you found it, taking your rubbish and bottles with you, thank you.

Please let us know if you would like to use any of our glasses and crockery, please be mindful that all damages must be paid for, example:- replacement cost of £2 per glass. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Please have a great time, tag us in your photographs :) Thank you.
