The Space Hire Request Form

If you are interested in hiring the space, please scroll down and complete the form below.

The cost to hire the space is £50 per hour (£30 ph when booked with afternoon tea / buffet). There will be an additional charge of £25 per half hour, if your party celebrations go over the agreed time paid. Please factor in clean down time in your booking.

Food cost - Afternoon tea including tearoom drink or buffet without drinks (availability and price to be confirmed).

Availability - The Space is available to hire 7 days a week between 10am and 3.30pm, please complete the form and we will be back in touch to confirm.

There are a couple of house rules:
- You can decorate the space, all we ask is that the decorating doesn’t damage the building or it’s features and that glitter and small confetti (including in balloons) is not to be used.
- be kind enough to leave our space as you found it, taking your rubbish and bottles with you,
  * please factor in this clean down time when booking.
 

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
